Some users may be experiencing a problem launching their digital resources when using Safari to access their GO account.
Follow these steps to resolve this:
1. Click on your Interactive Textbook or Online Teaching Suite icon in your Resources page
2. Note message in the URL bar – Pop up Window Blocked, or Show blocked pop-up window
3. Click on the window icon in the url as shown below to release the pop-up.
Your resource will open in a new tab and you should not be required to repeat this step again using this browser.
